If you are buying using a coupon or under any other promotional offer, then no return is allowed. Kindly do check the size requirements and compatibility issues before ordering the products. You can refer to our Blog and YouTube Channel for learning more about the different sizes and their usage.
If there are any manufacturing defect or some other problem, kindly feel free to contact our Customer Care Executives. Your product shall be replaced free of cost in case of manufacturing defects.
Return window closes 15 days after the delivery of the parcel.
If you are not buying using any coupon and it is a normal purchase, then returns are allowed within 10 days of delivery of the parcel.
Before putting in the request for return do share with us the reason of dissatisfaction and any other issues.
In case of a return the freight charges, to and fro, shall not be refunded.
10% Restocking Charges are payable (in addition to freight charges) in case the pipe roll and other accessories are not opened.
In case you have opened the roll packing and accessories, 25% reworking charges are payable (in addition to freight charges).
No refund is issued if your address is incomplete or if you fail to take the delivery even after two delivery attempts by courier.
We take the returned products back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
