Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Customers who wish to cancel their order must inform us before the product is dispatched.
 Once the product has been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Size Exchange Policy

We do not offer replacement for a bigger size once the order is placed.
 Customers who require a longer pipe are advised to purchase an additional pipe and use a jointer.

Replacement for a smaller size may be considered within the eligible return period, subject to product condition.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Customers can request a return and refund within 4 days of product delivery.

To be eligible:

  1. The customer must inform us within 4 days.
  2. The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Requests made after 4 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Manufacturing Defect Policy

If the garden hose pipe has any manufacturing defect, we will provide a free replacement within the applicable warranty period.

The customer must provide proof (photos/video) of the defect.
