SHIPPING POLICY

Since Garden Pipes are bulky these are therefore transported via surface mode only.
Parcels are dispatched generally via Delhivery.
Express Delivery is NOT available to any station.
It can normally take 7-8 days to deliver the product at your doorsteps after dispatch from our warehouse.
For rural locations and smaller towns, it can take extra 4-5 days for successful delivery.
Once your order is confirmed, parcels are dispatched within 2 working days.
In case of locations that are not serviced by our courier partner, the parcels shall be dispatched via IndiaPost.
Make sure that your address is complete, and your premises remain open during the day when delivery attempted.
IndiaPost may or may not deliver the parcel at your doorstep. We shall try to keep you informed about the location of parcel but do contact your local post office for information on the parcel delivery.
We dispatch our product in tamper-proof packaging. While receiving the order if the packaging is tampered or damaged, kindly do not accept the package and inform us through an email contact@garudpipes.in or call us on 1800 120 2426 (Monday to Saturday between 10 am and 5 pm) mentioning your order reference number. A replacement order will be sent to you at the earliest.
